We build web and mobile applications and operate them ourselves. That means we own the whole path: the interface, the API, the database, the deploys and whatever breaks at 2am.

Design is part of the build rather than a separate step. The same team draws the screens and writes the code, so nothing is lost translating one into the other.

Because we run what we ship, we optimise for the long tail. The decisions that matter are the ones still paying off in year two, not the ones that made a launch date.
